To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, each of our clothes or dresses comes with a size chart on the product page. If you request a return or refund after purchase, it is not because of quality problems, but because the size of the clothes or dresses does not fit, this is not within the scope of our return or refund. Therefore, please be sure to consider whether the size of the clothes or dresses you purchase is suitable for you before placing an order.
Refunds (If Applicable)
