Processing Time

Please allow processing of 1-3 business days from purchase for orders to be shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

We may not be able to accommodate address changes after your order has been placed.

Shipping Rates And Fees

Rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we do not provide return shipping labels.

Customs Charges

Please note that some countries may impose duties and taxes on shipments crossing international borders. The fees vary between countries and we have no control of them. Customers will be responsible for those charges.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Once tracking says delivered, we're not responsible if package then goes missing due to theft.

Order Not Delivered

We aim at delivering orders within the estimated time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs clearance of the destination country.

We will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages.

Defective/Missing/Wrong/Damaged Item

Refused deliveries & Undeliverable addresses

Refused deliveries by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" or "incomplete" address will be assessed a handling fee.
